Claim & Verify Your Practice

Claim Your Listing
- If you already have an account you can log in here. Otherwise, create an account here.
- Once logged in, find your listing in our DC directory.
- Click on your listing and find the “Claim Listing” button. If you do not see this button then your listing has already been claimed. Contact us with any questions.
- Fill out the “Claim Listing” form.
- We will review your request and once accepted you will receive a notification that you are now the owner of your listing.
Manage Your Listing
- Log in to your account to manage your listing. You can log in here.
- Click on “Manage Listings” in the top bar.
- When viewing your profile you will see all Listings and Events you own.
- Click on “Edit” next to your listing to view the edit screen.
- Edit your listing details and click the “Submit” button. Contact us with any issues!
Add a DC Listing

Add DC List on your Account
- If you already have an account you can log in here.
- Submit your information through this form.
- Edit your listing details and click the “Submit” button.
- Your listing will be pending approval and will appear in the DC directory once approved.

- Create an account on our Sign Up page
- Submit your information through the form you will be directed to.
- Your listing will be pending approval and will appear in the DC directory once approved.
