Compensation That Matches Your Talent

Base Salary $6,000 per month ($72k annually) + Uncapped Bonuses
(most associates still top six figures—$100k-$120k—in Year 1)

What You’ll Actually Do (Hint: A Lot of Fun Adjusting Patients)

Deliver confident manual adjustments all day, every day
Complete re-exams, X-rays, and rehab exercise demos
Lead with patient communication & retention — we’ll train you, but you must love connecting
Keep SOAP notes & diagnoses tight and compliant
Contribute to weekly team trainings that level up everyone’s skill set
