COMPENSATION: 50/50 split of income from the patients you treat
COMMITMENT: 35-40 hours/week
LOCATION: In-person role at our Colorado Springs, CO location

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chiropractor to join our multidisciplinary clinic in Colorado Springs. You will have a direct impact on improving the lives of patients by providing specialized care, promoting optimal performance, and helping individuals recover from injuries.
We are looking for someone who is excited to be a part of the team long-term and grow their role! We are committed to delivering high-quality care and creating a supportive, collaborative environment for our team members.

8 AM – 6 PM (closed daily from 12:30 PM – 2 PM)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide high-quality chiropractic care to patients, specializing in Sports Chiropractic
Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations of patients, including knowledge of extremity injuries
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, including therapeutic techniques, exercises, and modifications
Utilize acupuncture and other relevant modalities, as appropriate and within your scope of practice
Collaborate with other providers and staff to maximize patient outcomes and promote a multidisciplinary approach to care
Educate patients on self-care techniques, preventative measures, and lifestyle modifications to support their overall well-being
Actively promote your expertise and specialized services outside of the practice, to attract new patients and grow your own patient load
Maintain accurate and comprehensive client notes using our practice management software
Continuously stay updated with the latest advancements and research in Sports Chiropractic to enhance your skills and knowledge
Embrace a team-oriented and collaborative approach, contributing to a positive and enjoyable work environment
Emphasize evidence-based practice and uphold our clinic’s reputation for exceptional care
REQUIREMENTS
Skills
Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to develop effective treatment plans
Familiarity with dry needling and other relevant therapeutic modalities
Passion for continuous learning and professional growth
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team
Genuine care and interest in patient well-being
Ability to promote yourself and build relationships within relevant communities to attract patients
Experience
Specialization or significant experience in Sports Chiropractic, including knowledge of extremity injuries
Prior experience in a similar setting or interest in working in a multidisciplinary practice is preferred
Qualifications
Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic program
Valid state license and insurance as a Chiropractor
