You will guide your clinic to deliver exceptional care while driving performance and fostering collaboration.You will:Diagnose & Assess: Examine patients to diagnose spinal and extremity issues, developing customized care plans.Deliver Quality Care: Perform high-quality chiropractic adjustments to restore optimal body function.Monitor Progress: Conduct re-examinations, track patient outcomes, and adjust care plans as needed.Document with Precision: Maintain accurate treatment notes using our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.Leadership: Mentor and coach your team to deliver exceptional results and build a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment.Clinic Growth: Collaborate with leadership to meet and exceed clinic performance goals, including patient satisfaction and retention metrics.What We’re Looking For:We’re seeking an experienced and motivated chiropractor who is ready to take on a leadership role.Our ideal candidate will have:Doctor of Chiropractic License (DC): Valid in VA or MD (dual licensure is a plus).3–4 Years of Experience: Required, with proven success in patient care and leadership.Leadership & Mentorship Skills: Ability to guide, coach, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong bedside manner and ability to connect with patients and team members.Technical Expertise: Proficiency in performing high-quality chiropractic adjustments and conducting thorough patient assessments.Growth Mindset: Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve by applying proven success methods.Physiotherapy Certification: Highly desirable but not required.Location:While we have multiple office locations throughout Northern Virginia and Maryland and will consider applicants for all openings, we are primarily looking to fill the opening at our Alexandria, VA location.
