Position: Chiropractor sought for full time position in north metro Denver Colorado. Chiropractor will have hands-on training with Focused & Radial Shockwave therapy machines and treatment, Low Level Laser Therapies, Impulse & Activator, Manual Therapy Techniques. Chiropractor will be in charge of coordinating care with our other in house providers such as MD, PT, MT, and Acupuncture. Main clinic focuses are Spinal Corrective Care, VA Community Care Provider, shockwave therapies, sports injuries, family wellness care. On site digital x-rays, full rehab area in clinic.
Clinic Focus: We are a patient focused clinic. We want to offer the absolute best possible care in a great clinical setting. No expense has been spared in assembling our clinical equipment, care team, and office environment. We have 3 full time front desk staff and techs, and a great office atmosphere. We regularly hear that just coming in to the clinic is the highlight of our patients day. We want a fun and upbeat atmosphere so patients feel good about coming and even better after they leave!
Primary duties: Treating chiropractic patients using a combination of manual and instrument aided adjusting techniques, charting visits, performing reexaminations, shooting x-rays, reviewing x-rays, managing care plans, coordinating care with other team members, supervising staff and techs, prescribing physiotherapies as needed. This position will advance to our chief treating doctor position.Â
Training: Chiropractor will be trained on radiographic procedures, examination format, therapy equipment including shockwave, cold laser, corrective care procedures, insurance and charting, laws and regulations related to applicable procedures.Â
PAY: starting pay $60,000 a year with raises quarterly. 1 week paid vacation every year. 1 PTO Day per quarter. Work schedule: 4 Day work week – 8:30am to 5:30pm with a lunch break from 1:00pm to 3:00pm (2 hour lunch break). Salary increases will be evaluated every 90 days as the Chiropractor takes over additional clinic responsibilities. Work week will not exceed 40 hours per week. Chiropractor will not be asked to work weekends. Full Health Insurance Benefits included in the position on top of salary. All malpractice paid by the practice, all continuing education paid for by the practice, health benefits paid by the practice and are not taken from salary. The clinic will pay all these expenses on top of salary. Practice ownership/buyout is the goal of this position after at least 2 years of training.Â
Area: Our clinic is located in Westminster CO, a northern suburb of Denver. It is a wonderful city full of parks, trails, and is much slower in pace than the hustling city that is just 20 minutes away. Westminster sits close to the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and you can be at the closest ski resort in just under an hour. In addition to amazing fishing, biking, hiking opportunities that are much closer. Westminster is only a few minutes south of Boulder Colorado which is a social hub and full art and food venues as well as home to Colorado University. Other local towns such as golden just 20 minutes to the south are full of amazing Colorado history and busy tourist attractions. Westminster as a city is focused on infrastructure and growth. Westminster is also home to Standley Lake which boasts hiking and biking and water sport activities.Â
Qualifications: Must hold a valid State of Colorado Chiropractic license with no board actions, or have license in place by start date of employment. Previous experience is not required, students graduating please feel free to apply. Sports & Auto Injury background a plus, but not required.Â
