Who We’re Looking For:
- You’re confident and proficient in Diversified and/or Gonstead adjusting techniques, delivering precise, effective care for a wide range of patients.
- A California X-ray Technician License is a big plus—if you have it, let us know!
- You excel at connecting with patients, making them feel heard, respected, and empowered on their wellness journey.
- You bring a positive, coachable attitude and a willingness to learn, grow, and adapt alongside a dynamic team.
- You thrive in a light-hearted, collaborative environment where celebrating wins—big or small—is part of the daily routine.
- Your communication skills are top-notch, and you know how to explain care plans clearly and compassionately.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments using Diversified and/or Gonstead techniques
- Perform thorough patient assessments, including exams and (if licensed) x-rays
- Build strong relationships with patients, guiding them through their care with empathy and encouragement
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure optimal patient experiences and outcomes
- Contribute to a positive, uplifting workplace culture
Qualifications:
- Active California DC license (required)
- Proficiency in Diversified and/or Gonstead techniques
- X-ray Technician License (preferred, not required)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-oriented, coachable, and eager to celebrate team and individual successes
