Full job description Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated, skilled and Registered Chiropractor/Pedorthist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with musculoskeletal disorders, focusing on pain management and improving overall patient health. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care, ensuring that each individual receives personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs. Duties Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ conditions through physical examinations and medical history reviews. Develop and implement effective treatment plans that may include spinal manipulation, therapeutic exercises, and other chiropractic techniques. Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to maintain health. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with medical regulations and standards. Stay informed about advancements in chiropractic care and participate in ongoing professional development. Skills Proficiency in pain management techniques to effectively address patients’ discomfort. Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to chiropractic practice. Excellent patient care skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and effective communication with patients of diverse backgrounds. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Strong analytical skills for diagnosing conditions and developing appropriate treatment strategies.
