Chiropractor (Maternity leave – solid practice)

Job Overview Phases is a multidisciplinary clinic, in practice for over 25+ years with a trusted, loyal client base. We are currently looking for (1) Chiropractor to assist us with a maternity leave. Our DC of 7 years is looking for a Chiropractor who will support her practice and has established an excellent client base and reputation. She is willing to offer a mentorship for ease of transferring clients, so new grads not to worry! This position will be collaborated with RMTs, Physiotherapist, Osteopathic Manual Practitioners, Acupuncturist, Physical Trainers and Athletic Therapist. Walking into a guaranteed practice with a client base is a rare and unique opportunity. The ideal candidate should be available minimum 2 days (5 hours, including evening until 7pm) and 1x Saturday / month. This is an established practice and a wonderful opportunity to continue to build a fantastic trusted clientele within a corporate setting. Candidate should be very comfortable in treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions and must have willingness to learn, excellent inter personal skill, experience and a healthy work/lifestyle balance. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine the appropriate chiropractic treatment plans. Utilize various chiropractic techniques to adjust and manipulate the spine and other joints. Demonstrate leadership and educate patients on lifestyle, exercises, and rehabilitation strategies to enhance recovery. Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and outcomes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals at Phases to provide comprehensive care for patients. Stay updated on advancements in chiropractic care and participate in ongoing professional development. Requirements Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.). Valid license to practice chiropractic medicine. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health. Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and communication. Familiarity with pain management techniques is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
