This role focuses on providing assisted stretching sessions to clients, helping improve their flexibility, mobility, and overall wellness. You’ll enjoy many benefits including: · An established (and growing) client base all year-around · Predictable income · A collaborative and supportive multi-disciplinary team · Clean, welcoming, treatment spaces · All supplies & PPE · An awesome clinic culture (if we do say so ourselves) What you’ll need to practice at Massage Addict: · Currently, a student in the second year or more, enrolled in an accredited Massage Therapy or Chiropractic program. · Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. · Excellent hands-on skills with a passion for helping clients improve mobility and wellness. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. · Previous experience in sports therapy, fitness, or rehabilitation is an asset but not required. Responsibilities: · Conduct one-on-one assisted stretching sessions for clients based on their individual needs. · Perform pre-stretch assessments to evaluate clients’ mobility, flexibility, and range of motion. · Educate clients on the benefits of assisted stretching and how it supports overall wellness. · Maintain accurate client records and progress notes to track improvements. · Adhere to all safety and professional guidelines to ensure a safe experience for clients. · Work collaboratively with Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals. · Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
