OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chiropractor to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team! The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and a passion for helping individuals achieve optimal health. In addition, they will provide effective pain management techniques through chiropractic methods. As our lead Chiropractor, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal issues, utilizing your expertise in medical terminology and chiropractic techniques to enhance patient care and well-being. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health histories and physical conditions to determine their chiropractic needs Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Perform chiropractic adjustments and manipulations to alleviate pain and improve mobility. Educate patients on the benefits of chiropractic care, including pain management techniques, preventive measures, lifestyle changes, and wellness strategies to support optimal recovery Maintain accurate patient health records, documenting treatment progress and outcomes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Stay updated on advancements in chiropractic techniques and pain management Requirements Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state license to practice chiropractic care. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pain management practices. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and communication Ability to work collaboratively in an environment with a heavy focus on teamwork Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to enhancing patient well-being Preferred: Previous experience in pain management Previous training and experience in acupuncture Previous experience with WSIB and MVA patients Join our comprehensive team and make a positive impact on the lives of our patients through effective chiropractic care!
