Qualifications
·        Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college
·        Valid state licensure to practice as a chiropractor
·        Demonstrated expertise in performing chiropractic adjustments and therapeutic techniques
·        Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to develop personalized treatment plans
·        Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively educate and empower patients
·        Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, prioritizing patient well-being and satisfaction
·        Dedication to professional growth and keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in chiropractic care

Responsibilities
·        Full-time position, working 40 hours per week
·        Schedule may include weekdays, with flexibility for early evenings or weekends to accommodate patient needs
·        The specific work schedule will be discussed during the interview process to ensure a mutually beneficial arrangement
·        Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations, medical history reviews, and diagnostic tests, to determine the most appropriate chiropractic treatment plans
·        Perform chiropractic adjustments, spinal manipulations, and other therapeutic techniques to relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore proper function
·        Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote active participation in their own health and wellness
·        Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs, taking into account their medical history, lifestyle, and treatment goals
·        Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurse practitioners and massage therapists, to provide integrated care and optimize patient outcomes
·        Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and any relevant observations
·        Stay informed about the latest advancements and research in chiropractic care, attending professional development opportunities and continuing education courses
·        Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards, including maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to professional codes of conduct.
