In addition to providing strong family care, our providers specialize in pediatrics, prenatal care, sports injuries, and personal injury treatment. We are seeking an experienced, motivated Associate Chiropractor who loves chiropractic and thrives in a busy treatment room to join our team. Patient Demographics: Our diverse patient base includes families, athletes, and individuals seeking wellness and injury care. Typical case breakdown includes 30% general care, 15% pediatric, 15% prenatal, 30% sports injuries, and 10% personal injury. You will have the opportunity to treat a broad range of conditions and develop specialized expertise. Position Overview: As an Associate Chiropractor Dynamo, you will be an integral part of our team, delivering exceptional chiropractic care to a diverse patient base. You will have the opportunity to treat up to 150 patients per week in a busy practice, primarily focused on family wellness, pediatrics, prenatal care, sports injuries with additional personal injury cases. You will work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with a focus on achieving long-term wellness goals for our patients. A minimum of 34 hours of patient care per week is required with up to 40 hours available. The current available schedule is Tuesday-Saturday (T-F 8-6 and Saturday 8-1). Start and end time are flexible as is the lunch hour break. For example a typical day could be 7-5 or 8-6 or 7-6 with a longer lunch. Work-life balance is core to our practice culture. Qualifications & Our Ideal Candidate: Must Love Chiropractic: You are passionate about chiropractic care and deeply committed to helping your patients achieve optimal health and wellness. You thrive with a busy schedule. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed chiropractor with a proven track record of treating a variety of patient types (family health, pediatrics, prenatal, sports, and personal injury). Clinical Skills: Strong clinical knowledge and hands-on skills. Must be a strong adjuster, have experience with soft tissue treatment and taping. Must be confident and experienced in examination, diagnosis, and case management. Work Ethic: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a caseload of 150 patients/week. Must demonstrate strong time management, patient rapport-building, and organizational skills. Must be a team player, eager to contribute to the overall success of the practice. Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment plans in a way that resonates with patients and encourages their active participation in their wellness journey. Documentation: Excellent documentation skills, ensuring all patient records are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards. Philosophical Alignment: A strong belief in the core principles of chiropractic care, with an emphasis on wellness and preventative care. Must thrive in a fast paced environment creating strong relationships with patients and treating the entire family. What We Offer: High Income Potential: The base salary of $50,000 is supplemented by a performance-based commission. The commission structure is based on patient volume, care plans, and patient retention. Successful chiropractors can earn up to $150,000 annually, depending on their clinical success and patient care outcomes. Retention Bonus: A retention bonus of up to $10,000 after 3 years of employment may be earned based on meeting the expectations of consistent performance and growth. You will have the support of a skilled front desk staff who help manage patient flow and ensure you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional patient care. Mentorship: Our clinic founder and owner is the Author of THE MANUAL for the Chiropractic Entrepreneur and is a pediatric extremity adjusting instructor for the ACA Pediatrics Council. She also has a 15 year history of mentoring interns and associates who have become successful practice owners.
