About the Position As a Chiropractor at The Joint, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment that allows you to focus on what you do best—caring for patients. With an experienced office manager and hands-on franchisee support, you’ll have everything you need to succeed, including mentorship from fellow DCs and dedicated midday breaks Monday through Friday. You’ll play a key role in helping patients achieve long-term health through routine chiropractic maintenance and preventative care. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations Create and deliver individualized treatment plans Provide adjustments, acute pain relief, and trigger point therapy Utilize imaging tools as needed for diagnosis and care planning Educate patients on health, wellness, and preventative care Monitor progress and adjust care based on patient response Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics Experience developing and implementing care plans Proficiency in patient assessment and imaging review Excellent communication and patient education skills Passion for wellness and long-term patient outcomes What We Offer Competitive base salary with performance bonuses Paid time off and flexible scheduling Total Compensation Range: $85,000 – $105,000 per year Ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development Positive, team-oriented culture with strong community engagement Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities License/Certification: Chiropractic License (Required) Work Location: In person
