About Us Phoenix Rehab is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic in Burnaby dedicated to helping patients Rebuild, Recover, and Rise. We specialize in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, ICBC motor vehicle injury care, and holistic therapies. Our team includes physiotherapists, RMTs, chiropractors, kinesiologists, and acupuncturists who collaborate in a supportive and client-centered environment. What You’ll Do Assess and diagnose musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions Provide manual adjustments, mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitative exercises Treat acute injuries, chronic pain, postural dysfunction, and ICBC-related cases Develop individualized care plans based on clinical findings and patient goals Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes using JaneApp Collaborate with other health practitioners to optimize outcomes Requirements Registered and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of British Columbia (CCBC) Valid professional liability insurance Experience with ICBC clients is an asset Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Independent, self-motivated, and team-oriented New grads and interim registrants are welcome to apply What We Offer Compensation: Competitive and transparent commission-based split Referrals: Steady flow of ICBC, WorkSafe, third-party, and private clients Schedule: Flexible work hours — design your own caseload Location: Prime, high-visibility location in Burnaby Support: Full administrative support — reception, billing, laundry, and scheduling Team Environment: Friendly, professional, and collaborative team Facilities: Private, fully equipped treatment rooms Tech: JaneApp for charting and bookings Skills & Qualities We Value: Strong communication and empathy Passion for helping clients recover and thrive A collaborative, client-focused mindset Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance Pay: $96,000.00-$110,000.00 per year Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week Additional pay: Commission pay Benefits: Casual dress Flexible schedule On-site parking Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Licence/Certification: Chiropractor Registration with CCHPBC (required) Work Location: In person
