We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and empowering our patients to achieve optimal health and wellness. Qualifications Applicant must be a skilled manual therapist and be eager to learn new techniques and treatment modalities in order to provide similar care as our current doctors. Certifications, or at least proficiency, in CCSP, ART, SFMA, FRC, Kinesiotape, Graston, etc. is a plus. Applicant must also have an exceptional work ethic, be able to work both independently as well as in a team, and have sufficient time management skills. Applicant must be self-motivated and a true go-getter with a passion for meeting people in the community and generating patient growth. Strong diagnosis, documentation, and communication skills are a must. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and examinations to determine the appropriate treatment plans. Perform chiropractic adjustments and soft tissue therapies to address patients’ musculoskeletal conditions. Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs and goals. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, schedule follow-up appointments, complete insurance verification, and submit insurance claims. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in chiropractic care through continuous learning and professional development. Requirements: Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic program. Valid and active chiropractic license in the state of California. Active malpractice and general liability insurance. Demonstrated expertise in performing chiropractic adjustments and related therapies. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal conditions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and engage patients effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to market and network within the community.
