Role Overview We are looking for someone to replace our existing chiropractor who is going on maternity leave. We want someone who is passionate about helping our clients achieve their health and rehabilitation goals. This is a casual role based at our clinic for up to 12 hours per week with potential to become an ongoing role based on your caseload. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to assess, treat, and support clients improve their quality of life. Key Responsibilities Conducting chiropractic assessments and creating tailored treatment plans. Collaborating with other allied health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care. Monitoring client’s progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed. Documenting and maintaining accurate clinical notes in a timely manner for all clients. Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, including medical professionals, disability services, and aged care providers. Assist in the development of promotional materials and resources in relation to chiropractic services. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in chiropractic science or equivalent Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Chiropractor Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Chiropractor. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Providing hands on treatment; preferably a combination of manual adjusting, low force, drop piece and soft tissue. Experience with SOT (Sacral Occipital Technique), NOT (Neural Organisation Technique) or Applied Kinesiology advantageous. Dry needling and cold laser therapy highly regarded. Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in Chiropractic assessment, treatment and ongoing exercise to improve client’s wellbeing. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth. Uphold accreditation and quality assurance requirements in clinical practice. Interest in service expansion- desirable.
