Full job description Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments or disabilities. This role requires a strong focus on patient care and the ability to develop personalized treatment plans that promote recovery and enhance mobility. The Physiotherapist will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions and needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients’ physical function. Educate patients and their families about treatment options, rehabilitation processes, and self-care strategies. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care. Stay updated on the latest advancements in physiotherapy practices and medical terminology. Experience A degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution is required. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory; new graduates are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of pain management techniques and strategies is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and empathy. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
